Ruchi found her passion for fitness throughout middle and high school. She played sports her entire life, but could not balance her nutrition and exercise in a healthy and effective way. Ruchi was inspired to join the fitness industry after reflecting on the value and lessons she learned through working with a Personal Fitness Mentor of her own. Hence, widening her dimension in the fitness world.
Her approach to training relies on the fundamentals of Functional Training, incorporating movements from activities of daily life.
